While current rap legends Jay-Z and Nas were influenced by the likes of Rakim and Big Daddy Kane, the wave after them — such as Young Jeezy and Rick Ross — loved listening to Esco and Jigga coming up. The New Boyz — 17-year-olds Legacy and Ben J — are so young, they said that a major influence was Bow Wow.

LOL are u readers getting a kick outta of this or wat? lol the new kids(and this is my opinion) arent gonna make another hit like this ever!!! Come on they made a song call ur a jerk and the lyrics didnt really make any since at all what made the video hot was the dance because it has been hyped on youtube of a couple of months... i personally dont think the would make another hit song (unless its another dance song that some how is better than jerk).
